B2B Customer Portal
Pentland Brands’ B2B ecosystems were crumbling, built on manual processes and workarounds. I led a multi-market discovery programme, and then the subsequent global redesign of the B2B Customer Portal. Leading to a +120% rise in service adoption over the following 2 years post-launch.

Zeitgeist
Commissioned to design the team’s first in-house digital product, I went from blank-sheet to MVP launch within 4 months. The product ‘Zeitgeist’ is a digital public engagement tool, enabling the public to input into complex policy topics through in-person or remote forums.

Ethical AI in Earthquake Response
I worked with humanitarian workers and earthquake survivors to explore a new concept of AI assurance, bringing in the voices of crisis-affected communities into decisions about how AI should be used in building damage assessment, and the life-altering decisions that follow afterwards.
